A Women’s Empowerment Project was launched by TDF USA during the month of Women’s Day. An Advanced Computerized Entroidary Mission has been launched for the employment of women in Lingampally village of Manchal mandal of Rangareddy district. To provide employment to more than 15 women team Rs. Sponsored a computerized embroidery machine worth over 5 lakhs.
TDF – USA President of Lingampally village conducted women empowerment program under the leadership of Dr. Divesh Anireddy. The program was conducted with local cooperation with the help of Head Master Immadi Satyanarayana and Pragathi NGO President Laxman. Kavita Challa, former President of TDF USA, was the chief guest at the event, which launched a customized embroidery machine that will provide employment to women as part of TDF’s Women Empowerment Project.
TDF USA President Dr. Divesh Anireddy is appreciative of initiating and sponsoring this project, said Kavitha Challa, TDF -IND Secretary Rajesh Matta. On this occasion they appreciated all the great work done by Divesh under his leadership for the rural areas of Telangana. ZPTC Nitya Niranjan Reddy, who was present at the event, encouraged women with a beautiful message in her speech. Sarpanch Vinoda Murthy and village secretary Sirisha participated in the program.
Kavita Challa thanked everyone who participated in this program. On this occasion, they assured that they will provide more support to the women for the needs of Lingampally village. She expressed her happiness to celebrate this new project from TDF – USA as an initiative for TDF Women Empowerment on the occasion of International Women’s Day.
