Chairman of Telangana Sahitya Akademi Juluru Gauri Shankar praised that KCR is a visionary Chief Minister who not only stands by the lower classes but also wants to bring out the literature of those groups and present it to the future generations. He said that we have started the work of recording the literature of the lower classes as per the order of KCR to consolidate the literature of the lower classes which has not seen the light so far by giving equal priority to the literature of all sections of the society. He said that the KCR government will support the Dalits at the lowest level in all ways, and as part of that, the government will work to bring to light the literary histories of the most backward Dalit castes. On the occasion of the 103rd birth anniversary of Maratha Sahitya Samrat and Dalit revolutionary Annabavu Sathe, Chief Minister KCR went to Wategaon in Maharashtra today to celebrate the 103rd birth anniversary of that great man, and hailed it as proof of KCR’s vision.
Annabao Sathe Jayanti celebrations were held at Rabindra Bharathi under the patronage of Mang Samaj Telangana State Association State President Gayakwad Tulsidas Mang. On this occasion, Gayakwad Tulsidas Mang.. Annabau Sathe explained his biography.
Bairi Venkatesham Mochi, the national president of the SC Sub-caste Rights Struggle Committee, who participated as the guest of honor in these ceremonies, said… praising the efforts of CM KCR for the upliftment of Dalits, three main proposals were put before the government. He asked that Annabao Sathe’s statue should be set up in tank bund by next jubilee, Mang castes should be given low land titles and caste polarization documents should be given by Tehsildar.
Prominent Ambedkar advocate JB Raju, Sahitya Akademi Secretary Balachari, Maheswara Raj, Senior Journalist Srinivas Parikipandla, Senior Journalist Swami Muddam, Dayanand, Mang Samaj Secretary Kamble Shankar Mang, Mang Samaj Adilabad District President Gadekar Parasuram Mang, Mang Samaj Hyderabad were present in the programme. Chairman of the City Committee Kamble Sudhakar Mang, MST teaser GK Kushal Rao, Govind and others participated and spoke. Mang caste members from different places participated in this ceremony.
