Warangal (MediaBoss Network): The Telangana State Sub-Junior Inter-District Softball Championship 2024 concluded successfully. Organized by the Warangal District Softball Association under the auspices of the DNR Trust, the event took place from October 18 to October 20 at Infant Jesus Convent High School in Reddypalem, Warangal district. In the competition, the Nizamabad district girls’ team emerged as the winners, while the Mahabubnagar district girls’ team secured the runners-up position.
Enumamula Circle Inspector, Allei Raghavender, attended the closing ceremony as the chief guest and presented awards to the winners. The organizers expressed their gratitude to the DNR Trust for its support of the championship and felicitated DNR Trust organizer Dodda Pratap Reddy on the occasion.
The event was presided over by Dr. P. Sambasiva Rao, Chairman of the Telangana Softball Association. Ashok Babu, State Secretary of the Telangana Softball Association, along with Circle Inspectors Kampa Ravinder and E. Harikrishna (from Kamalapur), attended as guests of honor. The teams and coaches from various districts who participated in the championship were specially commended for their efforts.
